HyperSchool exists so principals lead and teachers teach, while autonomous AI agents handle everything in between.
The problem we saw
Your best people are stuck doing work that isn't teaching or leading
Attendance follow-ups. Fee reminders. Report cards. Compliance paperwork. None of it is hard — it's just constant, and it eats the hours your staff should be spending on students. As a school grows, this work doesn't get easier, it multiplies. Hiring more staff for it isn't always possible, and even when it is, the founder or principal still ends up pulled into decisions that shouldn't need them at all.
What usually happens
Admin work gets split between overworked staff, spreadsheets, and a principal who ends up approving things that don't need a principal.
What HyperSchool does
It takes over the routine, repetitive execution: attendance, reminders, reports and compliance filing. All of it on schedule, every time.

Where we started
Our founding team grew up around school operations, not just software. One of us comes from a family that has built and run schools directly — so we've lived this problem ourselves, dealing with attendance, fees and paperwork firsthand, not just heard about it from the outside. We paired that with strong operations experience and a product team that knows how to build something schools can actually rely on. Solving this properly needed both: people who understand a principal's day, and people who can build a system reliable enough to be trusted with it.
